We ladies dream and wait for the special day when we will get to be a bride and look our best. Once the special day is officially confirmed, we get busy with the guest lists, wedding dress, wedding locations, reaching out to photographers & makeup artists, and whatnot. Most importantly, we will have our photographs clicked as a bride with our better halves that will stay forever with us. Now, you must be thinking, “Of course, I will look perfect with the perfect makeup and attire”. Always remember, the most important thing that all brides must follow is a bridal beauty routine for glowing skin.
Natural Skincare Products for Brides-To-Be
Now, there are hundreds of products for glowing skin, so to help you with the selection, I will mention a few natural beauty products that every bride-to-be must use in her bridal beauty routine. Using natural beauty products gives the best results, and our skin loves natural products rather than those with chemicals.
So here we go!!
1. Cold-pressed Argan Oil
Argan oil is famously known for its healing properties for the skin and hair. Skincare oils are available in two forms mainly – normal ones and cold-pressed ones. I would suggest you get the cold-pressed argan oil.
Cold-pressed oils retain the maximum goodness of the original product, hence, you will get better results. The best part about argan oil is that it is suitable for skin types. You have to use only 2 to 3 drops of the oil and massage your face with it every night before bed.
2. Aloe Vera Gel
Aloe Vera is also known widely for its versatility when it comes to our skin. Aloe Vera is available in the form of face packs, face masks, gels, etc. If you have the plant in your home, you can extract the gel from the fleshy leaves of the plant and use it in different ways.
3. Face masks
Face masks are very in trend worldwide in the skincare department. You can find these in different forms- sheets masks, peel-off masks, cream masks, etc. Nowadays, sheet masks are getting popular, however, their effectiveness is a bit of a blur. My viewpoint, in this case, is, it is hydrating for your skin and feels fresh for using it. The Face Shop Sheets masks are amazing and my personal favorite. They even have combo sheet mask packs for different skin types which are pretty affordable.
4. Face moisturizers
No matter what you use for your skin to keep it hydrated and clean, moisturizers are mandatory. Using the common and usual face moisturizers may make your skin feel smooth but to give your skin a taste of nature, use those that have natural extracts. So much better, I tell you!
5. Rosewater, the elixir for your skin
Another must-have skin product for glowing and clear skin is Rosewater. Skin breakouts and irritated skin when you are busy planning your special day are a nightmare. For this, rose water is your knight in shining armor. Keep cotton balls ready within your reach at all times. Dip the cotton balls in rose water and dab your face twice or thrice a day. Also, rose water is the best natural skin toner you will ever find.
6. A Good Skin Friendly Face Wash
The inclusion of a skin-friendly face wash is necessary to keep your skin healthy and happy.
7. Healthy diet & Beauty Sleep
Keep in mind that, irrespective of using all the natural skin products to keep your skin happy, if you do not take proper and timely food, I am sorry to say, your beauty routine and products will not yield the results that you want. You cannot neglect your diet and your sleep before your wedding at any cost. You will have makeup to cover any skin breakouts or dark circles. However, the feeling to have naturally pretty skin with minimum makeup is out of this world.
8. Workout
Another point that you cannot ignore is exercise. Amidst all the preparations going on for the big day, working out may seem impossible for you. I am not suggesting to workout for an hour also. All you need to do is a workout for 10 to 20 minutes before you begin your day.
Weddings are stressful as well as tiring which can affect your skin. So, following a good and effective beauty routine is mandatory for the bride. After all, Happy Skin means A Happy Bride!
Have Fun♥
