Again, Arbonne gives a general idea about how to be more mindful but doesn’t provide a detailed guide about the same. Step 5: Emphasis on quality sleep
Arbonne strongly suggests using essential oils like lavender or something of one’s favorite to calm the soul and body before bed. It also recommends keeping all the electronic devices away and make a bedtime ritual (applying a soft lotion, reading a good book, etc.)

Arbonne seems to be working to achieve the goals. It recommends to track the personal goals and measure the success rate. It believes that keeping track of one’s goals and success motivates one to work towards the betterment.
